Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy:
Please be advised,
• A 50% fee will be charged for any services canceled within 24 to 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.
• Same-day cancellations will be charged the full price of the service.
• No Shows will be charged full price of service.
For clients participating in packages, any cancellations made within the 24 to 48 hour window or on the same day will result in a forfeited session.
If you have chosen to use AfterPay, Klarna, or any other payment plan options, cancellations within the above-mentioned window will also result in the session being forfeited.
